LCD Soundsystem, the Brooklyn-based rock band, has released their first album in seven years, titled 'American Dream'. The album features 10 tracks, including the singles 'Call the Police' and 'Tonight'. The band released the album on September 14, 2017 through Columbia Records.

LCD Soundsystem was formed in 2002 by James Murphy, who is also the co-founder of DFA Records. The band's music has been described as a mix of dance-punk, post-punk, and disco.
